Terms of Service

By registering for maJIStic 2K26 or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these terms.

Registration and Entry Tickets

  • •The registration fee for maJIStic 2K26 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • •A QR-based entry ticket will be emailed two days before the event to your registered email ID.
  • •Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the registered student.
  • •QR codes are time-bound; failure to check in at the specified time on the event day will result in automatic ticket cancellation.
  • •Your entry ticket is linked to the QR code sent to your registered email. This ticket is exclusively for your use and should not be shared with anyone else.

Merchandise Purchases

  • •Merchandise payments are non-refundable once booked, under any circumstances.
  • •Collect your merchandise one week before the fest from the Main Building; the exact location will be emailed to you.
  • •Size corrections can be requested within 2 days of booking by contacting the maJIStic Merchandise Team.

Conduct Rules

  • •Any mischievous behavior during maJIStic 2K26 will result in suspension from JIS College of Engineering and a fine.
  • •Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited on campus. Violators will face suspension and fines.
  • •We reserve the right to cancel registrations, tickets, or orders at our discretion.

Entry Requirements

  • •Entry is strictly restricted to the entry gate and permitted only with a valid Entry Pass.
  • •You must carry your college ID card, as these are mandatory for entry.
  • •In case of discrepancies in QR Ticket, you may be asked to produce the payment receipt, which you get after ticket purchase.
  • •No Re-entry will be allowed after 4:30 PM, except for core members, faculties, and college staff.
  • •No bags are allowed inside the college premises. Students are permitted to carry only a water bottle.

Do's

  • ✓Participate Actively: Embrace the opportunity to showcase your talents, join events, and contribute to the fest's vibrant atmosphere.
  • ✓Respect Others: Be mindful of your actions and words, and treat everyone with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background or role.
  • ✓Engage in Cultural Exchange: Learn about different cultures and traditions through the various events and performances, fostering understanding and appreciation.
  • ✓Be Responsible: Take care of your belongings, maintain cleanliness, and follow the rules and guidelines set by the organizers.
  • ✓Promote Creativity: Express yourself through art, music, dance, or other creative mediums, contributing to the fest's artistic richness.
  • ✓Be a Good Representative: Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on your college and your peers.
  • ✓Take Advantage of Opportunities: Network with other students, explore different events, and make the most of the fest's unique atmosphere.
  • ✓Document the Experience: Capture memories through photos and videos, and share your experiences with friends and family.
  • ✓Be Prepared: Know the schedule, location of events, and any specific rules or guidelines for each activity.
  • ✓Help Out: If you are not participating in an event, offer to help with tasks like setting up, cleaning up, or assisting organizers.

Don'ts

  • ✗Engage in Disruptive Behaviour: Avoid any actions that could disrupt the fest or cause inconvenience to others.
  • ✗Disrespect Others: Refrain from making offensive remarks or engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination.
  • ✗Consume Prohibited Substances: Do not bring or consume alcohol, drugs, or any other prohibited substances.
  • ✗Damage Property: Be mindful of the college's property and avoid any actions that could cause damage.
  • ✗Engage in Ragging or Eve-Teasing: Such behaviour is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
  • ✗Carry Dangerous Objects: Do not bring any sharp objects, inflammable materials, or other potentially dangerous items.
  • ✗Violate Rules: Follow the rules and guidelines set by the organizers, and avoid any actions that could lead to disqualification or expulsion.
  • ✗Be a Mute Witness: If you see someone engaging in inappropriate behaviour, report it to the authorities.
  • ✗Leave Things Behind: Ensure you take all your belongings with you when leaving the fest.
  • ✗Spread Rumours or False Information: Avoid spreading misinformation or rumours about the fest or its organizers.

Refund and Shipments Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth experience for maJIStic 2K26 participants and merchandise buyers.

Event Registration Fees

The fee you pay to register for maJIStic 2K26 cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, late arrival resulting in ticket loss, or event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Merchandise Purchases

Payments for maJIStic 2K26 merchandise are non-refundable once booked. Size corrections are allowed within 2 days of booking via the Contact Us section; no refunds or exchanges are permitted thereafter.

Shipments

maJIStic 2K26 does not offer shipping for merchandise. All purchases must be collected in person from the designated pickup location. Failure to collect within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the merchandise without refund.
